Now Hiring: Development Coordinator

The Development Coordinator supports donor development, fundraising, major gifts, sponsorships, and church relations to help meet The Hope Center’s financial goals. This role focuses on cultivating donor relationships, managing major gifts, overseeing grants, and executing fundraising events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for financial growth.

• Cultivate and retain donors, especially major donors.

• Oversee major gifts, planned giving, and capital campaigns.

• Manage donor databases and grant programs.

• Build awareness and community partnerships.

• Coordinate communications (newsletters, website, etc.).

• Assist with event planning and fundraising efforts.

Qualifications:

• Strong Christian faith and alignment with The Hope Center’s mission statement.

• Passion for issues like homelessness, poverty, and addiction.

• Strong communication, organizational, and relational skills.

• Experience with donor management systems and fundraising.
